Overview
By accessing or using Nocturne’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Nocturne operates as a reservation platform connecting clients with third-party venues.
We facilitate access, coordination, and booking. We do not own, operate, or control the venues themselves.
Nocturne provides VIP reservations. All venue operations, staff, and experiences are managed solely by the respective venue.
All payments made to Nocturne are service fees for booking. These fees are separate from and not credited toward venue minimum spend unless explicitly stated.
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply only if a venue cancels or is unable to fulfill the reservation.
Liability
Nocturne is not liable for the actions, service quality, policies, or operations of any third-party venue, including but not limited to staff behavior, entry decisions, or service delivery.
Entry is always subject to venue discretion, including dress code, capacity limits, and conduct policies. Nocturne does not guarantee admission if venue rules are not followed.
Nocturne shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or incidents occurring at or related to the venue experience.
User Conduct
By booking through Nocturne, you agree to follow all venue rules, local laws, and conduct expectations.
You must provide correct booking details including group size and arrival time.
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of reservation without refund.
You are responsible for complying with all venue-specific policies.
Misconduct may result in denied entry or removal without liability to Nocturne.
Updates
Nocturne reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
